CIC Capital Fund always welcomes co-investors in each deal that we consider. Each opportunity requires a great deal of due diligence that can be enhanced through a joint effort. During the past five years NCIC Capital Fund has participated with both institutional and individual investors, conventional lending sources, and quasipublic institutions that offer affordable finance packages that help stimulate job creation.

The average NCIC Capital Fund investment is a little over $400,000 per company. With our most recent investments that average has risen to approximately $500,000. NCIC Capital Fund has rarely participated in more than fifty percent of any given funding round. A sound joint investment effort not only leverages resources, but spreads the risk as well.
